Molly creates assembles artwork with strong textural and conceptual elements.

Molly is originally from a region of rolling hills in Idaho. Her artistic identity relates to this windblown and seasonal landscape, and to a rural culture that is beautifully ordinary and diurnal.

Molly currently lives in Vancouver, BC: a city that is human-made but greater than the parts (humans) that make it. It is an ever-changing, colossal being that can speak but can not hear well. Living in the city inspires Molly to bring found urban objects like grocery lists and broken sunglasses into her home like orphaned beings. Through giving this discarded litter value, it is allowed to be seen anew, and a dialogue with the morphing landscape of the city can be created.
